Our electronic business terms and credit card security statement can be reviewed using the PDF's to your right. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee for card payments. We will normally waive this fee for one off payments, but will not if your one off payment is being made to clear rental arrears. Regular (but not one off) routine rental payments by card will normally incur a fee. If you have any concerns about any entries from Place Group on your card statement, call us immediately on 020 3137 6677 and we will verify the entry for you. Unfortunately, we are NOT currently accepting American Express cards due to processing delay issues. This does NOT affect any other type of card.
